All prospective students and their parents are warmly invited to attend the school's open morning which is held in November each year. The next open morning will be held on:

You can read online what the Good Schools Guide has to say about the school.

Admission to the junior school is by means of an examination held each year in the Lent term. Candidates should be over seven and under ten years of age on the following 1 September, although exceptions may be made in special cases.

The main points of entry for admission are 11 and 16. Admission to the senior school is by means of an examination held each year in the Lent term and candidates must be over eleven and under twelve years of age on the following 1 September. Exceptions may be made in the case of outstanding candidates under this age.

Entry at 12,13 and 14 is possible subject to places being available.  Please contact the Registrar to discuss.

To enter a child for either the junior or senior school examination, parents should obtain a registration form from the school and complete and return it at least one week before the date of the examination. Details of the entrance procedures are provided with the request form.

Admission to the sixth form is on the basis of GCSE results and academic record, and is open to boys and girls from other schools (click here for further details). Full details of A-level courses are available in the Sixth Form prospectus.
