Chartwell's have been appointed by The King's School to prepare and serve all the meals to the pupils and staff during the school day.

The meals served in The King's School dining room

  • All meals are homemade and prepared fresh everyday.
  • Fruit and vegetables are all sourced fresh and from a local supplier.
  • Meat is always British and can be sourced right back to the farmer.
  • All ingredients are GM free.
  • Fish is sourced from sustainable stocks.
  • Fruit juices are sugar-free.
  • menus follow a 3 week cycle
  • Choices can be mixed, for example one hot protein can be mixed with pasta and sauce and potatoes or jacket potato.
  • Pupils can choose 1 item from each of the 4/5 courses.
