Biology Fieldwork - The Truth is Out There!
It is Autumn, the time when upper sixth and fifth form biologists study biology where it is really happening, in the great outdoors.
85 GCSE biologists spent a day studying freshwater and woodland ecology in delamere forest, on a new course designed to fit the new GCSE specifications this year.
In North Wales 45 upper sixth biologists studied sand dunes, woodland and freshwater ecosystems in preparation for their all important a level coursework project, while at the same time discovering that ecology can be fun!
