Junior Pre/Post School Care Scheme

The care scheme aim is to provide pre and post school care in a safe and stimulating environment for the boys and girls in the Junior School and in the first year of the Senior School.

The care scheme offers all children a variety of activities such as art and craft, quizzes, competitions and the opportunity to play games, which help the children to develop and grow. A supervised area for quiet study/homework is also provided.

The scheme is run by qualified staff and volunteer involvement is also encouraged from local college childcare courses and interested parents/supporters, as well as from selected sixth form pupils.

Pre-school care runs from 8.00am until 8.30am and Post-school care runs from 3.30pm until 6.00pm. Breakfast is available, but must be purchased separately. A light tea is included (e.g. sandwich and fruit/cake and drinks) during Post-school care.
