U10 v Queen’s
On Monday 14th March eight of the third year girls played netball against Queen's after school. We got off to a good start and didn't let any goals in, but soon the attackers got too good for the defenders and we lost 10-0. We may have been beaten badly, but we still had fun.

U11 v Queen’s
On Wednesday 17th November the U11 team travelled to Queen’s School to play a netball match. Quite a few of us knew the people who were in the Queen’s team, which made it more exciting.

Lucy Butterfield was Goalkeeper, Victoria Wilson-Theaker was Goal Defence, Miriam Bowen was Wing Defence, Florentyna Sidery was Centre, Helena Cooke was Wing Attack, Kate Coppack was Goal Attack and Sadhika Kumar was Goal Shooter. Victoria Wilson-Theaker was our captain.

We all played very well, and we did some good interceptions and goals. It started to become quite dark and it was raining too, this made the ball very slippy and our visibility was affected. The ball was very slippy so we did a few lost possessions. Several parents were watching and they were encouraging us. In the end the score was 3-2 to Queen’s. It was a really good match but it was rather difficult because we knew them. Several of us caught up with our old friends afterwards!
