King's Chester is the one of the top independent, private day schools for boys and girls. It has Junior (preparatory), Senior and Sixth Form sections and takes pupils from Cheshire, Shropshire, the Wirral and North Wales. King's U19 girls' hockey triumph
The U19s girls’ hockey team are through to the National Schools’ Championships for the fifth consecutive year after four straight wins and a clean sheet by Goalkeeper Jenny Corlett (U6SW) in the tournament hosted by King's. King's beat Lymm High School, Wilmslow High School, The Grange and The Queen's School to progress through to the North West Semi Final in Timperley during November. King’s played exceptionally well and put in a good performance despite tough opposition. There were some brilliant goals on the day most notably from Megan Rudge (U6KL), Kate Coppack (U6KL), Lexi Garnett (U6SD) and Charlotte Nott (U6AM).
