Selim is crowned Chester Young Musician of the Year

Selim Ungut (U6TH) has won the inaugural Chester Young Musicians of the Year competition, which was held at The King's School on Sunday 13th November. The standard of playing in the instrumental category was incredibly high, with current pupils Terence Au (L6 JK) (violin) and Tommy Metcalf (5ET) (piano), as well as former pupil Andrew Fyfe (flute), also performing. Selim's prize includes a cash award, trophy and recital opportunity in Chester.
