Opera della Luna production comes to the new Vanbrugh Theatre
For fifteen years, Opera della Luna has toured theatres throughout the country with acclaimed productions of Gilbert and Sullivan, Offenbach and Johann Strauss. This will be the first time they have brought a production to Chester. In this production of “The Sorcerer,” the story moves from its quaint Victorian setting to sleepy rural Britain in the 1970s. Opera della Luna features the talents of two former King’s pupils, Jeff Clarke (founder and Director of the company) and Oliver White (tenor, West End star and BBC Proms performer). Tickets can be purchased from the Vanbrugh Theatre Box Office by calling (01244) 689 527 or visiting www.kingschester.co.uk/theatre. £15.50 adults/£12.50 concessions. |
