King's Chester is the one of the top independent, private day schools for boys and girls. It has Junior (preparatory), Senior and Sixth Form sections and takes pupils from Cheshire, Shropshire, the Wirral and North Wales. King's Touch of Pink
The King’s School uniform had a new additional colour from the usual blue, green and grey as pupils and teachers dressed in a touch of pink in order to raise money for breast cancer charities. The colourful day raised £653 for Cancer Research.
The day was arranged by two King’s school fifth formers Natalie Metcalf (5CM) and Sophie Caslin (5CM). In addition to the pink theme there was a cake sale held for the students at break time, both girls also ran the ‘Race for Life’.
