MAPS There is a small Map Collection of about 150 sheets. We hold Ordnance Survey 1:50,000 maps, thematic maps and street maps particularly of the local area and region. There are also a few facsimile reproductions of old maps of Cheshire and Chester and satellite images of the world and Europe. Most maps are for reference only, but some OS maps may be borrowed for the normal 2-week loan period. ATLASES The Atlas Collection
is located next to the Map Collection and contains world and national
atlases as well as thematic atlases. Several of the smaller atlases
may be borrowed.
