If students would like to find out more about how they can work well if they’re feeling anxious, please join Mr Parkes at 12.50pm each Thursday on Teams.

This is a five week programme that has been devised with the Mental Fitness Ambassadors (MFA) who are delivering it remotely to those in the Fifth year who signed up to the programme. We hope to roll this out to other year groups in due course and also come up with other five week mini courses.

Participants should have received a scheduled meeting.  Contact Mr Parkes if you need help with access to the sessions.
