On Monday, June 20, three Removes pupils became County Champions at the Cheshire Schools Minors Athletics Championship in Warrington.
Congratulations to Anna MacDonald (RmRE), Ellis Williams (RMRL) and Joel Thompson (RmRE) who all won their events, posting some fantastic results to qualify to represent Cheshire at the Inter County Meeting against Merseyside next week.
Anna won the javelin event with a throw of 21.37m, Joel jumped 1.43m to win the high jump event, and Ellis won the 75m hurdles in a time of 13.9s.
Well done to them all, and good luck at the Inter County Meeting!
