We had a great evening at our Curry & Quiz Night last week, with ten teams made up of parents and alumni battling it out to see whose general knowledge would see them come out on top.
The evening was hosted by Ravi Jayaram (OKS 1985), who once again put together a brilliant quiz. There was a picture round of beer logos, music, TV, general knowledge rounds and a look back at the news from 2025, with plenty of debate over some of the answers!
Before the quizzing got underway, guests enjoyed a delicious curry prepared by our catering team, which went down extremely well with everyone; many guests commented on how delicious the food was.
Congratulations to Waverton Warriors, who were our winners, finishing three points ahead of the rest of the teams. They each took home a bottle of fizz to celebrate.
The prize for the best team name went to Periodic Table Dancers, who won a box of chocolates, while the Windalosers took home the wooden spoon.
It was also Luke Rogers’ first CAOKS event since joining as Head. Luke and his wife joined a team with some of our Junior School parents, taking the opportunity to meet members of the King’s community in a more relaxed setting.
Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such an enjoyable evening, and to Ravi for once again keeping us entertained with a great quiz. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
