Huge congratulations to Erin Edwards (3Fox) who has raised fund for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital by taking part in the Rowing Club 2.6 challenge.
Erin managed to raise more than £700 for the hospital, which is very close to her heart.
Erin said: “The 2.6 challenge was set up following the cancellation of the London Marathon to raise money for charities. I decided to that I would like to support the NHS and in particular Alder Hey by trying to get some sponsorship via JustGiving.
“When I started I set myself a target to raise £50 but to my amazement family and friends got behind me and I have managed to raise over £700. During the week I completed a daily challenge these included running, HIIT/core workouts, Wall sits, sit ups and even yoga.
“Alder Hey is a charity our hearts at the moment as my brothers best friend Jack is currently ill and is being cared for there.”
