The Animal Man returned to King’s last week, bringing with him a variety of creatures, big and small, to illustrate his discussions on animal behaviour, evolution and conservation.
The students were given a hands-on experience meeting and holding all manner of animals which included chameleons, spiders, frogs and snakes.
Whilst the session was hugely enjoyable it also proved very educational with the Animal Man placing great emphasis on the importance of understanding the damaging impact we have on the environment and the negative ramifications this has on endangered species.
An engaging enrichment experience!
