Music at King’s Seniors
· Individual peripatetic lessons across a broad range of instruments.
· There is a varied and exciting curriculum developing essential musicianship skills including listening, performing and composing.
· The department encourages less commonly played orchestral instruments through the ‘Let’s Get Playing’ scheme. This scheme is funded by The King’s School Parents’ Association (KSPA), which offers all Removes students half price lessons on orchestral instruments.
· Purpose built Recital Hall and Music School offering regular opportunities for performance.
· Taster lessons available for all instruments.
· All abilities catered for with our extensive ensembles programme.
· There is a fantastic choice of different music clubs and activities for all ages to get involved with.
