Five facts about Design Technology
• The department offers a variety of extra-curricular activities, including Lego Robotics and F1 in Schools
• Our F1 in Schools Team made it to the world final in 2016
• The department has two 3D printers, used by students from Removes right up to the Sixth Form
• We have two large workshops, each kitted out with a vast array of tools and equipment
• There are four teachers in the DT department in total, who all like nothing more than to see their students creating exciting and innovative designs
