A Christmas Miracle

Willow Lodge pupils have been having some festive fun last week performing their Nativity play.

Of course there have been some changes though due to the government restrictions, which has meant the pupils and staff faced the challenge of bringing together a performance in each year group bubble. They took the challenge in their stride and have created a brilliant recording of the Nativity play this year – it was truly a Christmas miracle!

Well done to the following year groups:

Narrators and speaking parts: Kingfishers and Nightingales (Infant 2 classes)
Choir: Wagtails  and Woodpeckers  (Infant 1 classes)
Nativity characters: Robins and Wrens (Reception classes)

A huge thank you goes to Mrs O’Leary for her wonderful song writing and musical accompaniment, Mr Butcher and Mr Mannix for their expert advice, editing and cinematography, Mrs Williams and Miss Hartley for their humorous script writing, and of course the children for their endless enthusiasm and energy!
