50 years since leaving King’s

1969 leavers returned to school on Saturday for their 50-year reunion. The evening included a tour led by current Sixth Formers, a delicious three course meal and a look through archive material from the 1960s.

There was plenty of animated discussion and sharing of anecdotes and memories from days gone by. It was a great opportunity to re-kindle old friendships, make new ones and catch up with old teachers.

There is often a degree of apprehension around school reunions, which is perfectly understandable. This soon disappeared once the conversation started flowing and all attendees thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Don’t’ miss your reunion this year
