An Oarsome Endeavor

During tomorrow’s Open Day, members of King’s School Rowing Club will be rowing and running the length of Boston’s Charles River (129km) for The Movement Centre, a specialist treatment centre for children living with movement disabilities. Through targeted training the dedicated team at The Movement Centre help children with movement disabilities gain more independence.

The two crews will be rowing at The Head of the Charles in Boston later this month.

In addition to this, there will be a 100m challenge on the ergo which will be running to raise money for The Movement Centre also.

We joined the KSRC earlier this week during their training, take a look in the gallery below.
