Careers Breakfast: Abbi Fry, Head of Complaints at NFU

It was a pleasure to welcome Abbi Fry for this week’s Careers Breakfast. 

Abbi is Head of Complaints at insurance company, NFU, having followed a less conventional career path, and pupils were keen to hear about her experiences of working in Finance and Insurance. 

As a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, Abbi spoke about how undertaking a degree and a Master’s whilst working has helped her to advance her career.

Pupils were interested as Abbi spoke about the skills and attributes that are useful for careers in Finance, as well as customer service roles, and she was happy to answer a variety of questions from them.
