Congratulations to Tom Wood (L6GLA) and Oliver Williams (L6GRO) who were recently awarded Gold and Silver medals respectively, for their entries to the UK Linguistics Olympiad (UKLO) competition.
Similar to the Mathematical Olympiad and National Cipher Challenge, the UKLO encourages students across the country to compete by attempting to solve an array of linguistic data problems. The competition is divided into four levels: Breakthrough, Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced.
