King’s pupils enjoy more hockey success!

Eight of our pupils have been continuing their winning ways on the King’s hockey pitch with their clubs.

Following their recent success at the U12 County Championships, Removes pupils Louis Hardstaff (RMSC), Josh Hornby (RMSC), Gus Jones (RMRE) and Sam Mason (RMDT) are now U12 North West Champions with their U12 Deeside Ramblers team.

The team will play in the National Finals in May and we wish them the best of luck. The four King’s pupils are pictured with their coach, and King’s teacher, Mr Russ Hornby.

King’s Juniors pupils have also enjoyed huge success with their Chester Hockey Club team, finishing the season as U10 North West Champions.

Congratulations to Monty Jones (J3H), Harry Hendrik-Lewis (J2F), Harry Moffatt (J3B) and Harry Storrar (J3H) who, along with their teammates, won all of their games and didn’t concede any goals.

There is no national competition for U10s but the boys are looking forward to next season!
