We were thrilled to have a visit from author and actor Andy Robb today. Andy is the author of ‘Geekhood: Close Encounters of the Girl Kind’, which is one of the fabulous books on the shortlist for our Book Award this year.
He created a fantastic atmosphere in the library and it was clear that every single pupil thoroughly enjoyed their time with him.
At the end of the visit Andy took the time to sign books for the students to take home and have one to one chats with them all. Thanks so much for your time Andy, all of a sudden it seems pretty cool to be a geek!
