Simon Williams, from BNP Paribas Real Estate, visited King’s Sixth Form for the first Future Fridays to talk about his career in property management and his experiences of urban planning, surveying and working in urban regeneration.
Simon also highlighted routes in to real estate, such as Apprenticeships and Graduate Schemes.
He concluded by discussing how his 35 years in the industry has been very rewarding, especially to see developments progress from plans to completion, and even more so when they can benefit the community
