Our Juniors take us to Neverland

The J2 pupils transported the audience of the Vanbrugh Theatre to Neverland in their magnificent production of Peter Pan last week. Each and every child was completely absorbed in their role and so much so that Miss Jan Anderson, who directed the play, was able to enjoy the whole performance with her play script firmly shut!

Finn Lewis gave a very accomplished performance as Peter Pan, Sophie Hornby excelled as the mischievous Tinkerbell and Imogen Shaw brilliantly took on the role of Wendy Darling. The malevolent Captain Hook was played with fabulous comic timing by Elliott Barnes, who was ably assisted by the long-suffering Mr Smee, played by Alfred Lloyd. The wonderful singing was directed by Mrs Natalie Stevens with impressive scenery created by Miss Kirsty Savage.

Well done to everyone involved for making the show such a success. This production was not just a big adventure, it was a brilliant one too!
