Jacob selected for North West Squad

Congratulations to Jacob Watson (SHWAL) who has been selected for the Independent Schools Football Association’s (ISFA) U13 North West squad. 

The main ISFA competition will take place at Shrewsbury School at the beginning of April and Jacob is very much looking forward to playing. 

Jacob is also a member of the U13 Manchester United Academy squad. Last week, he attended the Munich Air Disaster Remembrance Service at Old Trafford and was honoured to be chosen to lay the Academy wreath with one of his teammates. 

Prior to the service, Jacob’s Manchester United team played against Leeds United. Manchester United secured a convincing win, with Jacob scoring six of the goals.
