Juniors swimming success at Schools' Gala

The Junior School swimming team have recently competed in the AJIS (Association of Junior Independent Schools) Swimming Gala against 21 other schools.The event was held at Darwen Leisure Centre. Two King's teams of Under 10 and Under 11 girls and boys swam extremely well and reached 5 finals in total.

Special mention has to go to Tom Hughes (J2B) who is nine and swam in the year above, and won a silver medal in the boys' backstroke. Rohan Ingley (J4H) also swam well coming in third in the boys' breaststroke.
