·         The course is practical and students feel they are able to apply the principles they learn in class to real-world systems in an exciting and engaging way.

·         Students also have the opportunity to extend and stretch their programming skills with other enrichment opportunities such as the Cipher Challenge and the PiWars Robot competitions.

·         Computer Science has an ‘ethical hacking’ club where students can learn about Cyber Security.
